• DynamicRelease™ solutions allow you to quickly and easily build and manage content that may be of interest to your site's visitors without the need to understand any computer programming languages including HTML.
• In many cases you can choose between two display options for your content. A single page display for small lists of information, such as links, contact information or brief news and event items. Or choose a multi page display for more complex lists of the aforementioned or to display full size documents. The choice is yours depending on the number of items, the amount of detail and the diversity of categorization.
• The content can often be sorted by Author, Category, Date, or Title and the sort can be set by the user, or predetermined by you. You may also provide your site visitors with keyword search capabilities.
• You may even allow visitors to suggest content to be included in your site. Through a simple form visitors can submit suggestions, including their comments on why the content would be helpful. Once submitted you can be notified by email, and you get to choose whether to include the content for your visitors to see or not

Dynamic Web Text

This feature converts the current or new text on your web site to a DynamicRelease™ solution that allows you to edit the text in your members management panel, allowing you quick access to change vital information on your site, or just correct a simple grammatical error.

News Releases

With a DynamicRelease™ News solution you can easily and quickly add corporate and consumer news releases to your web site. You can easily incorporate links to other pages in your site or anywhere on the web into a news release. Plus you can determine when the release is displayed to the public, allowing you to enter your news releases days ahead of time.

Links

The DynamicRelease™ Links solution allows you to quickly and easily build and manage a list of links to other web sites that may be of interest to your site's visitors. You can even allow your site visitors to suggest links to be included in your list, using a simple form.

Events

Our Events solution allows you to display a list of events of interest to your site visitors. Include information such as product demonstrations, training sessions, trade shows, or web-events such as chats. You can also use this feature for internal purposes to let your staff know about upcoming meetings or other corporate events.

Event registration

As an add-on to the Events solution you can allow web visitors to register online for any upcoming event. This service tracks how many people have registered, and how many spaces are available based on information you provide, and it can send out reminder notices to everyone who has registered a few days before the event.

Resource Documents

One of the most powerful DynamicRelease™ solutions, this feature allows you to add useful reading material for your visitors. There are a number of applications that include technical manuals, articles, essays, corporate reports, employee policies, newsletters, and many more.

Contact Directory

The DynamicRelease™ Contact solution makes it easy for your customers to locate the name, number, and email address of the person at your company they need to talk to. All the contact information you need to display can be stored in the database, and you can update it quickly and easily. Choose to categorize by department, title, name or one of many more possibilities.

Location Directory

Built on top of the DynamicRelease™ Contact solution add detailed information for your branch offices, foreign locations, or sales representatives to your web site. Provide maps, links to other web sites, and staff listings for each location. Use this feature to help your customers find the nearest regional office or representative.

Staff Profiles

Also built on top of the DynamicRelease™ Contact solution. Let your customers know whom they are dealing with by adding profiles or biographies for your sales reps, corporate directors, or any staff member.

Recommend This Page

Use your current users to help bring in new visitors to your web site with the Recommend This Page solution. By clicking on a button, and filling in a short form a visitor to your web site can send an email notice to a friend or associate suggesting they visit your site. And you can include a custom message sent with each recommendation.

Newsletter Subscription

Allow your visitors to subscribe to your company newsletter by collecting their names and email addresses. The system allows your subscribers to log on and change their subscription status. And when it is time to send a newsletter or other email broadcast you can log on and download the list for use in your email software.

With any DynamicRelease solution outlined above, you must host your web site on our servers in order to share the cost saving database application we have developed. Because of the shared nature of DynamicRelease™ applications some limitations to the flexibility occur, rarely in how the data is displayed, and sometimes in how it is collected. We work closely with all of our clients to accommodate their needs, but it is important to note that in some cases we may recommend a custom application to solve a particular client's need.
