Using our DynamicRelease™ content management solution to keep your content up to date is the first step, but ensuring your site stays current with technology and design is just as important.

So whether you choose to have us make all of the text and graphic updates to your site or you choose to make them yourself using DynamicRelease™ committing to regular changes is important, which is why we have developed our maintenance packages to help you do just that.

As a rule of thumb, we have found that many of our clients spend approximately 25 to 50 percent of their development costs maintaining their web site on an annual basis, exclusive of web hosting and domain management.

For a project that originally cost $5000 to build, many will spend between $100 and $200 a month to maintain their investment.

Signing up for a maintenance package encourages frequent updates, helps allocate your web site budget, and saves you 15% in the process.

Maintenance Package

Updates and changes to DynamicRelease™ content are billed at our hourly rate in 30-minute increments with a minimum of 30 minutes per instance. Updates and changes for all non DynamicRelease™ content are billed at our hourly rate in 30-minute increments with a minimum of 60 minutes per instance.

The minimum hours available for purchase are 5 hours per quarter at $361.25 a savings of $63.75, over our regular hourly rate of $85 per hour. Call us for more details.
