Stand Alone E-mail Services

Price

1 account - $24.00 per year; 3 accounts - $68.40 per year; 5 accounts - $108.00 per year; 10 accounts - $204.00 per year; 25 accounts - $450.00 per year.

Mailbox includes 10 Mb of storage, additional storage up to 100 Mb can be purchased at $3.00 per 5Mb

Term

All accounts must be purchased for a 12 month period and the term will automatically renew for an additional 12 month period on completion of the previous term.

Mailbox Storage increases may be applied mid term and be prorated to the end of the current term.

Payment

Payment will be due in advance of each term. All payments are non-refundable.
E-mail services in excess of $200 per year are eligible for quarterly payments.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services on unpaid accounts.

Cancellation

To cancel an automatic renewal of your term you must provide notice in writing 30 days prior to the expiration of your current term to Cojol Inc. 191 Pickering Street, Toronto ON M4E 3J9.

Cancellation of additional storage may only take place on the annual renewal of your service and may involve the e-mail account temporarily being suspended which may result in some loss of service and the data being stored or transmitted.

Important to Note

E-mail services may not function properly without the related Domain Registration and DNS services. If these services are handled by a third party, or are services offered by Cojol Inc. and have unpaid accounts Cojol Inc. will not be responsible for the e-mail service not functioning properly.

Price

1 account - $10.00 per year in addition to Domain Services

Unless we receive written notice to the contrary, e-mail services will be subject t the term associated with the Domain Services, and will automatically be terminated at the same time as the domain services. Written notice should be provided in writing 30 days prior to the expiration of your current term to Cojol Inc. 191 Pickering Street, Toronto ON M4E 3J9.

Domain Registration and DNS Services

Term

All accounts must be purchased for a 12 month period.

Payment

Payment will be due in advance of each term. All payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services on unpaid accounts.

Cancellation

Approximately 60 Days prior to the expiration of your domain services, we will send you a notice and an invoice for the next year’s service; you will be required to pay the invoice within 30 days. If payment is not received by the expiration of your service, it may be suspended or cancelled.

If you wish to cancel you service prior to the expiration of the term, please provide 30 days advance written notice to Cojol Inc. 191 Pickering Street, Toronto ON M4E 3J9.

Other

Any provision in this Agreement which is held to be illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions and any such illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law.
